Our mission is to provide video services that exceed our customers' expectations. This means having orders ready before the due date, capturing images with Broadcast cameras and editing on a Broadcast edit system to provide the truest colors, sharpest picture and best sound possible. Add to this quality duplication with a minimum of loss and all delivered with courteous service!

Our Team

   Warren Benjamin, Owner/Operator

After establishing Video Enterprises in 1985, Warren applied his considerable talents as a producer, network cameraman, editor and entrepreneur to the development of The Video Factory. Since its opening in 1997 it has gone on to become one of the premier video service companies in the State of New Mexico.

Warren's resume includes extensive work with national clients such as ABC, NBC, CBS, Entertainment Tonight, Discovery Channel, and HGTV, to name just a few. Locally, Warren continues to enjoy long standing working relationships with organizations such Sandia National Laboratories, NM State Bar, Bureau of Indian Affiars, as well as numerous private sector companies.

Warren attributes his considerable success to the fact that, "I love what I do!"

   Eric Dotson, Production Manager

Since 2001, customers of the Video Factory have come to rely upon the audio/visual expertise of Eric Dotson.

Eric holds a B.A. in Moving Image Arts from the College of Santa Fe and has considerable experience as a film and video editor, sound mixer, boom operator and photographer.

His editing arsenal incudes Final Cut Pro HD, Media 100i, Photoshop 7, Live type, Boris Red, IDVD, Quicktime Pro. He has also worked with Avid, DVD Studio Pro, Pro Tools, Adobe Director, Image Ready, After Effects and more.

Eric sums it all up when he says, "There is nothing better than editing a well video'd and orginized project. "

   Karla McKitrck, Office Manager 

With 25+ yeairs in the audiovisual, photography and video realm,

Karla now comes to Video Factory to expand her knowledge of non-linear editing and production.  She can tell you more about your tapes and cameras than you ever wanted to know.

 

After a time as an intern with us, she now knows the duplication, creation and foreign conversion to DVD and CD processes the customer has come to expect. She is familiarizing herself with Final Cut Pro and Quickbooks Pro software.
